WS30 is a multi-channel temperature recorder equipped with a 32-bit high-speed CPU for precise data processing and a 5-inch industrial liquid-crystal touch-screen. Supporting K, J, E, T, N, S, R, and B type thermocouple inputs, it features three intuitive display modes: list, curve, and bar chart. Designed with complete measuring functions, it is ideal for production, laboratory, and R&D applications.
This versatile instrument is widely utilized in household appliances, lighting devices, power tools, motors, electric heating products, pharmaceutical research, chemical engineering, metallurgy, power generation, and scientific inspection facilities. Customized measurement functions can be configured to meet complex specialized testing scenarios.
The WS30 selects channel signals via a photoelectric switch selector and amplifies them using a high-fidelity signal amplifier. The analog signal is converted to digital through an A/D converter and processed by the microcontroller unit (MCU). An integrated cold-junction compensation circuit measures real-time ambient temperature for calibration. Combined measurement and cold-junction values are processed to output correct, highly accurate temperatures on the screen. External interfacing allows configuration, local storage, and connection to computers for professional data analysis.
