Introduction to the Instrument

WS30 is a multi-channel temperature recorder utilizing a 32-bit high-speed CPU for advanced data processing. Equipped with a 5-inch industrial display screen, it supports K, J, E, T, N, S, R, and B type thermocouple inputs. It features three display modes (list, curve, and bar chart) for intuitive reading of parameters. The instrument supports diverse applications in production, laboratories, and R&D measurement. It is widely applied in industries such as lighting appliances, power tools, household appliances, motors, electric heating appliances, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, scientific research, and quality inspection.

Working Principle

WS30 selects the channel signal via a photoelectric switch selector, amplifies the signal through a signal amplifier, and converts the analog signal to a data signal using an AD converter for transmission to the microcontroller. The cold junction compensation circuit measures temperature at room temperature to find the cold junction temperature. Microcontroller data processing integrates both values to display correct temperature measurements. Users can configure and store data using the keyboard, communication interface, and data storage systems, allowing direct connection to computers for analysis.
